Osama bin Laden Was Almost made in Man of the Year by Time Magazine
There is a little misunderstanding around the title “Man of the Year” or “Person of the Year” given by Time Magazine every year. For the readers and audience of the printed media, the meaning is one – the most positively influential persona of the year. The staff at Time, though, considers it better described as just “most influential person” of the year. Not necessarily positive, that is.
